Please read the terms and conditions of this License Agreement before upgrading to the full product. Upgrading signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by this Agreement do not proceed with the upgrade. The documentation and software refered to in this Agreement will be sent to you shortly after the upgrade. When that arrives you also agree to destroy the copy which has been upgraded and any backup copy made of that after the upgrade.
Microspot grants Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the enclosed Software and Documentation subject to the terms and restrictions set forth in this License Agreement. The enclosed Software and Documentation are only to be used in conjunction with a single computer. The Software may be physically transferred from one computer to another provided that the Software is used in conjunction with only one computer at a time. Licensee may not modify the program in any way without written consent from Microspot. This includes translations into other languages.
The Software and Documentation are copyrighted by Microspot. Neither the Software nor the Documentation may be copied, in whole or in part, whether or not intended for sale, except to make one backup copy of the Software and to load the Software into the computer at the time of installation. Licensee may transfer the Software to a third party provided the transfer includes the Documentation and all copies of the Software supplied on the original Diskette. The attached Warranty and the terms of this License Agreement shall continue to apply notwithstanding the transfer and provided that the receiving party reads and agrees to accept all terms and conditions of this License. For continued support, the Transferee must notify Microspot of the transaction.
This License Agreement remains in effect until the Licensee terminates it by destroying the Documentation and all copies of the Software supplied on the original Diskette. If the Licensee fails to comply with the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Microspot will terminate the Agreement and Licensee will destroy the Documentation and all copies of the Software supplied on the original Diskette.
